"Keep making me, Lord."
That's one of those prayers we pray with bold hesitation. We want His wise and skillful hands to mold us, but we flinch at the thought of all that means. We trust His tender and artistic touch, but we tremble beneath it too.
Still, we pray, "Lord, keep making me...until I'm more...until I'm all You meant for me to be."
And while it feels uncomfortable and a little scary to pray such a vulnerable request, we can trust Him. He knows what He is doing.

I have been loving "let them see you" by JJ Weeks Band. That song is my daily prayer.
ReplyDeleteI love your song choice too. It's just been more recently that I have been able to ask God to truely mold me without hesitation. Before I always had something I didn't want to give up but I have learned that is all selfish and satan making me believe I need those things in my life. I have a long way to go but have felt transformed little by little each day. Have a great weekend!
